There could be several reasons why your 2013 Xbox One is not downloading game updates in standby mode anymore. One possibility is that the console's settings may have been changed, preventing it from downloading updates in standby mode. Another reason could be that there is a network or internet connection issue preventing the updates from being downloaded. Additionally, the console's software may need to be updated to the latest version in order to resolve the issue. It's also possible that there may be a problem with the console's hardware that is preventing it from downloading updates in standby mode. I would recommend checking the console's settings, ensuring a stable internet connection, and updating the software to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, contacting Xbox support for further assistance may be necessary. **

It's important to regularly check and manage the storage on your device to ensure that updates do not cause storage issues. **
